Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are governed by the following terms:

  • There is a $10.00 processing fee for all cancellations initiated by customers.
  • Orders canceled within 3 days of the date of ordering will have a 20% reduction from the total price.
  • Orders canceled within 7 days will have a 30% reduction applied.
  • There can be no cancellations after 7 days from the date of order.
Return and Exchange Policy
  • Returns and exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Requests received after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Shipping times for the returned items can be 10-15 days.
  • Refunds are only made upon receipt of the returned item and inspection.
